Hi, I've been told I need to lose weight, and I have, but now it seems to have stopped. I walk a lot and I have lost some flab on my legs. Am I replacing flab with muscle?

Hi HomeAtLast, its hard to say why its stopped. Like you say, you may be building up muscle.
Additionally, others wiser than myself, have pointed out in other posts that the body doesn't necessarily lose weight in a straight line and may pause for a while.
It seems to me that you have been doing well to lose weight so far and as long as you maintain the same regime then I'd expect to see the weight coming off again.

Have a look at the NHS 12 week plan, as many people have had success with it. You don't mention how you have lost weight but it may be worth checking your bmi and daily calorie target. Also try taking your measurements as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate. ☺
