Help needed with editing my profile

[Decaff]

Hi there, It's probably me being a technophobe but I have tried twice now to write something on my profile but it doesn't save. I write, then scroll done leaving all of the other bits unfilled and at the bottom it says "save." Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong? Thank you

I'm no great shakes at the technical stuff, Nessie, but you should be able to update your profile, by clicking on your name at the top of the page, click on profile, click on edit profile, click on save changes.

These instructions are for use with a laptop, as I have no idea how to do it with any other device.

If you're still unsuccessful, I suggest you click on the help button and report the fault to the technical department.

I got same problem, even tho i think i have filled it all it says i only have 38% done.

I did what moreless suggested, went to the help button. Maybe you should try that .
