Am 35 years old my weight is 108. How can I drop to 80kg?

Welcome lydmagaji to the weight loss forum.

Have a look at the nhs 12 week plan which is a healthy eating and exercise plan. Check your BMI to see how many calories a day your allowed. The links for these are found in the "Welcome Newbies" post in the pinned post.
