Here we go Again!
I'm starting the 12 week plan today. My self control is non-existent I'm only after eating 4 pieces of shortbread and it's shortly after 6am. I'm going to find this dieting very challenging.

We run daily weigh-in sessions and you would be very welcome to join us today, or any other day. The thread can be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page, bottom if using a mobile.
Many people have been successful with the 12 week plan, so here's hoping it'll be the same for you. Don't forget to take initial measurements and photos, as it's a great way of seeing just how far you've come, especially when the scales aren't co-operating fully

Hi jrogs, I've just done my first week and it helps me to think of it as a lifestyle change (a phrase you'll probably see quite a bit here) and not as a diet. Each time I remember that it tends to give me a bit more resolve.
Im new also....and i am just awful at sensible eating....I dont know why im so impulsive and compulsive..anyway.just seen a video of myself its absolutely time to start thinking before i eat... Lets just take a day at a time
Thanks ewillday and xianging. Seeing videos of yourself is really bad. I absolutely hate it.
