Focus on the day-to-day, chiefly, the maintenance of a calorie defict, the reduction of refined carbohydrate and increased uptake of activity/exercise and you'll soon reap the rewards.
just take one positive at a time... you did exercise today.. hooray! youve committed to not eat chocolate tomorrow hooray !
YOU CAN DO IT
If not having chocolate makes you feel really deprived, build in a choc treat within your calorie allowance. A little 100-200 cal treat each day worked for me. Everyone has to decide what works for him or her. Just don't have it in addition to your calorie allowance. Good luck.
I have a bar of dar chocolate in my desk drawer and have 2 squares per day.

Well done on the exercise, it helps me as I don't want to undo all my hard work!
I find eating more, a bit earlier in the day really helps my sweet craving ☺ It seems to keep my blood sugar level.
