How did you shrink (height) in the middle lol?! Weight gained quickly is just as easily lost, don't panic, just be mindful of what you are eating now and you will soon get back on track.

Yes, I agree 😊 Weight gained rapidly is often lost quickly too. Try not to panic and get back on plan as soon as you can 😊 You are not alone, many of us have been there

Hi Cazzhicks- Rip them up- get rid. Its Christmas! We all need a few treats. Enjoy without going overboard and feeling guilty. Start anew on Jan. 2nd and don't be tempted to get on the scales until at least Jan 9th. HappyNew Year.
