Hi again Christine,
I replied to your other thread about your friend's query regarding rheumatoid arthritis.
I've just seen this post, and would like to welcome you to the Weight loss NHS forum. Have a look at our Welcome newbie post to see what we've got going on in the forum, and things that past and current members like about it and there are also tips and suggestions there too.
The NHS weight loss plan is great, and you can use the BMI NHS calculator to find out your BMI and look at a healthy eating plan there if you want to.
Good luck with your goal to cut down on chocolates and cakes this festival season. Great that you're thinking of starting Yoga as well - and dancing to keep fit as well for 2017 - great plan!
Have a really good festive holiday!
