I been meaning to ask what do you mean in the forum a thread. And I was wondering if anybody has dealt with a bloated stomach and if anybody has dealt with it and conquered it. And we are having a second snowstorm. A kids dream!!

A thread is a running commentary of messages (on here, replies to a question or responses to a statement) pertaining to a particular topic. Don't know anything about bloating, I'm afraid.

I've suffered from bloating and upset stomachs but since following low carb diet it has got a lot better x

minced ginger is great, add one teasp to a cup of boiling water, add honey if needed and drink as strong as poss, this won't cure dietary ails, but will help with period pain, and general bloating

I add fresh, very cheap, though you can buy frozen

Yes, lower carbohydrates, especially processed ones, can help 😊 You still need some though so don't cut back too far. Even fruit can do it. I don't like eating late at night either 😕

Hope it gets better, you are doing so well 😊 Walking always helps ease my symptoms

Yes someone said that as well lowering the carbs. And I know cutting out my sugary desserts and night snacks. and I overeat in sweets once a week. I know better than to do that. That is why I did pop first or am I putting off cutting out the sugar on a daily basis. Yes I wholeheartedly believe in walking as well. Even in the snow or rain I go to the gym track and walk there. There closing June for 16months for renovations. I am doing so well due to you guys in the forum. I am glad I found you guys,

Drinking loads of water helped me. I used to get so bloated it hurt and now it's rare for me. That and daily spoon of apple cider vinegar helps me in the morning. Keeping your posture and occasionally massaging your stomach really helps.
