Hi There

Signed up here because i need to lose weight. Would love to lose 2 to 3 stone and just be healthy again.

I will be doing the 12 week guide provided by the live well NHS team.

However, is there also a weekly nutrition / diet plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner and what food to have?

Thanks.

The hormone insulin becomes active soon after having meal which make calory to use in cells. In between meal hormones e.g.glucagon, cortisol etc. work and mainly burn fat, so when there is more time between two it helps to burn more and more fat. Indian traditional medical science advocates for meal once a day that's really help though I takes 5-7 days to adjust biological system
