Good Morning all Well I have managed day 2 so now here go's day 3 I'm being taken out for afternoon tea this afternoon, that will be interesting lol but life go's on and I have to deal with it. here's to a good day for everyone Betty x x

Sounds lovely. Very true-we can't avoid things just because there might be high cal foods. Just account for it and you'll be fine. I have a show on Saturday and Hubby will prob try and take me to KFC for lunch so will pre-empt that one! Have a great day.

Well afternoon tea had. Unfortunatly there was no choice the sandwiches and cake was on the plate so of course I ate it to be honest I didn't enjoy it which is a shame as it had been paid for by a friend as a thank you pressie ( that's not very kind of me to say I know). Your KFC sounds nice now I could control that better but I hope you enjoy. Betty x x
