As i was reading and commenting on everyone's beautiful dogs, I did have to smile when I thought about anyonenew who might be wwondering what all these posts have to do with weight loss.... Well I thought I'd show that it's not all about dogs..... so here's my entry entitled "Not a dog, mini dog challenge entry!!" Lol!

And your out Dog catching LOL! My stomach hurts laughing this morning. Have loved these dog post they give us a common thread of soul. We treasure them they must be walked and exercised for their health leading to ours it has been a wonderful post.

Glad you're enjoying it, and yes, it is a funny spectacle - me rushing around trying to catch the dogs - I have felt like a 'dog-catcher' this week! Glad it's such a popular Challenge though - Hidden will be very proud - it's motivating many many people!

Think we need one run with the dogs everyone increase their baseline. If not running not sure at my age totally up to with the snow I'll walk him a greater distance. Maybe more people getting do popular.
