Dreading the scales

I'm feeling better now after being ill for a week and half but I'm dreading getting on the scales I know it's gonna be a gain, gotta do it tho and just work extra hard for a bit.

Hi Chelsea,

So glad to hear you're feeling better after being ill for a week. Hope you have a great week, and that you enjoy it. Don't pay too much attention to those scales - people often gain weight after being ill - but it should soon come off again once you are back on track and feeling better.
