Hi all, don't know where this week gone, managed to write my meals down, but still haven't mastered the cal count app, I am going to try a different one. Tomorrow night will be my second weigh in, not sure what I do if just weigh at home and then post it!! sorry for being such a durrrr brain.

It's great that you've been logging your meals. Sorry you couldn't get on with the calorie counting app - have you tried MyFitnessPal, lots of members here use it?
Yep, you just weigh yourself and log it on the afternoon/evening session (if it's the evening when you weigh) and you'll receive a response.

I never mastered a calorie counting app either! Pen and paper is much easier and more reliable!

I've tried couple but none work for me, I forget to add to it. I use a day per page diary to write down every meal instead and for some reason this works better for me and i use odd bits of paper to do calculations if I need to goodluck!
#Kilburn...thanks think own and paper it will be ...but do need to put cake down as quesstimating hence only half pound lost !!!
