Hi everyone im new today but starting saturday. I have already lost weight with a well known slimming club 6 stone to be exact but after a plateu for so long i saw my dietician n she suggested this so im looking forward to this i know it will be harder but have 4 stone to go and need to do this for life.

Hi vivanna and welcome. I'm a newbie too and loving the forum so far!

First of all, what an achievement so far. Six stone. That's incredible! You are obviously doing something right, as you've already had great results. I too have hit a plateau, managed to lose three stone myself after having my second daughter, and maintained but also have another five to go and this forum has already given me so much motivation to continue despite that sinking feeling a plateau inevitably gives!
