I also am so sorry for your loss. It was the right thing to look after yourself at that time and not add an additional worry or stress with weight loss. Welcome back now. What program are you following calorie counting or something else?

It must have taken a lot of courage to come back here and you have taken an important step, my friend. I am so sad for your loss but very heartened that you have reached out for some help here with weight-loss because people are so lovely on here and although I am new, there is much inspiration to be found.

Good luck, Mildamyrie xXx

Hi and welcome back,

So sorry to hear your brother has passed{{{{hug }}}} and I hope you will find comfort in all your memories.

Good for you putting yourself first, it's not easy to do after such a shattering life event.

Take it a day at a time and why not have a look at the newbies post, I have just rejoined and found it really helpful.

Have a good week.

😇

Hi, welcome back. Im so sorry about your brother, you must be devastated.its good you had some time off from trying to lose weight. Well done for carrying on with improving your health now though.

I think calorie counting is the best way too. Ive recently coupled that with upping my veg and reducing my starchy carbs, although the low carb bit isnt for everyone. I find it helps me stay in control of my food more, and have less slip ups.

Best wishes. Xx
