Week 2 -1 pound loss

β€’4 Replies

Gotta say I'm pleasently surprised with this plan. In my first 2 weeks I've lost 4 pound total, long way to go but nice to see a difference on the scales.

I think the at home 10 min workouts are helping a lot and I'm starting to get used to calorie counting πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Hope everyone has a good week!
