Hi there my name is carol and I am trying to loose a bit weight , my bmi measurements mean I have to loose 1stone 7bl .. I know I will struggle as I don't eat any diary at all because I have ibs, other foods trigger it also .. I also have pernicious anemia which sometimes makes me so tired and sore .. any tips will b appreciated so much .. I also have a very active job ..

Welcome! Im cutting out dairy due to ibs aswell. Hopefully it will only help weightloss.
