Hi everyone! Turns out losing weight on my own just isn't happening - hoping to find some tips and challenges here to get me motivated! I do quite a bit of exercise (esp running) but turns out that makes no difference to my weight as I love food too much π Oops!
Have you been drinking Tibetan herbs for weight loss ? My story sounds very similar and only when I started brewing and drinking these herbs my weight started shrinking. For me it was also very important that the herbs are natural and healthy. Take care.
