Im new on here and not very techy. How do you access the recipes? I've got to the link but it just tells you about it and says you need Adobe (which I think I have) but it doesn't actually tell you HOW to get it. Very frustrating as it's ideas for meals that I really struggle with.
Thanks

Are you trying to download the NHS 12 week plan? There's a link on the home page of this forum. Or you'll have received a link in a message - I think this is what you've seen? If you click on the link it should take you to a page where you then need to click wherever it says 'download'. Then go to your downloads and open it again by clicking on it (double click or right click then select open).
I hope that helps.
Also if you can locate the 'pinned' section on this forum, there's a recipes post but also there's a post called 'welcome newbies'. Lots of helpful stuff in there too
This is the main site that Ruth refers to and I checked the link to the recipes App but it is being redone so not available. If you have a fairly healthy diet already you don't need to complicate the plan with new recipes. I found it easier to just portion control what I usually eat. In particular this involves weighing carbs like pasta and rice etc.
On my screen as I am typing this is a related posts list with some recipes.
Thanks for the replies both. I have gone through the link for the 12 week plan, and then clicked on week 1, and then clicked on recipie finder. It takes me to a page that talks about providing recipes and needing Adobe. But there's no download button or anything so I don't know how to go further.
Maybe it's a problem with my phone. I have Samsung galaxy L 5 mini. I'll try it on my friend's phone.
I feel that I do need the recipes as no, I currently don't eat healthily. I hardly eat any veg because I despise the taste (I think I'm a 'supertaster'). I want to lose two stone and drastically increase my veg / unprocessed food in take to give me more energy. Hence I really want to see the recipes.
Aw, that's exactly what I'm looking for, but it says only compatible with iPhone, which I don't have. Hmm.. Going to wait for my friend to come and help me later. I have to say, I am a little disappointed with the accessibility of the NHS plan. I'm only 35 and can't figure it out. It would be nice if they had a paper version or work book you can order.
