Too much too soon??

Hi. I started this plan almost 2 weeks ago and lost 5 lbs last week and so far, 6 lbs this week so 11 lbs!!!! Am not sure why its coming off so easily. Is this normal? Starting weight 13 stone 6, goal 10 stone 6. I usually struggle to lose a pound a week.

That is a great start, but as long as you are eating enough of course ( never less than your BMR ) . Some people do lose a lot of water weight at first, your loss should slow down to a steady couple of pounds in the coming weeks.

Enjoy it comming off fast at first but please don't be disheartening when it slows down stick to the plain and it will lose well done this is a great start Gareth

Heya, i lost 5lbs in the first week as well (last week) not sure how. I am alot less stressed recently so maybe my body is ready to lose weight now. I woukd say just enjoy the dramtic results! Aslong as you are eating enough cals then its fine.

You've already been given some great advice hilljan, I would just ask that you check you're eating the correct amount of calories, for you personally. If you eat too few, you'll end up stalling your weight loss, very quickly. Check using the NHS BMI calculator :)
