so its been a slow going weight loss journey for me, but I've now lost 12 lbs. However... Just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant π, so not sure I'll keep losing for much longer. I'm going to try my best to stick with healthy eating to try and limit the damage. Anyone else managed to stick with a healthy diet and not gain too much during pregnancy?

I would speak with your gp and midwife when you see them as they can advise you about whats best for you and baby π

Lovely, lovely news. All I can remember is that there are certain foods that you have to avoid, even though they seem healthy. Definitely speak to your midwife at your first appointment or google it. Don't t forget your folic acid too. Xx

When I had my third child I was already overweight and didn't want to add lots more weight so with advice from the midwife I stuck to a healthy diet and put on a stone when I reached full term, afterwards at my 6 week check I was 1/2 a stone lighter than when I first got pregnant wish I had managed to keep it off otherwise I wouldn't be here.π
