Ive got mixed advice about what is better for weight loss walking or jogging? Power walking moves oxygen round your body faster than running. Whats the truth? I do both but since completing couch 2 5k im stuggling i find i get bored if she isnt talking in my ear. I put the stepping stones podcast on but i hate the music.

You can download k5 App it has no music.
I have just started k5 my 3rd run of week 1.
Are you feeling difficult? You can slow down the speed, it can be good for you if you prefer.
1 day walking and 2nd day run that's what I do mostly, and I feel fantastic.

Well done then, I am a beginner.
Start the C25K app over, but this time instead of walking and running, run slower and run faster. You'll get a bit of interval training, which is great for weight loss.
