The way I see it is if I want something that badly I am as whelp to have it and then just do some extra calorie burning afterwards :)

However sugar free jelly is a nice treat for less than 10 calories.

Hi, This is my first time doing a proper diet - I'm in my 5th week and it's been tricky to manage my sweet cravings as I've a mega sweet tooth! If I have to have something, I'll have a 0% greek style yogurt pot with one of those fruit puree pots for babies mixed in. For an extra treat I'll crumble one of those caramelised coffee biscuits over the top. Just lovely and not too many calories... Sometimes you just have to give in and not feel guilty.

Thank you very much xx

A diced peach, sugar free raspberry jelly and a greek yogurt - comes in at about 150 calories. Funny how it's all sweet stuff we think of as nice!

You need to be crafty!!! could you do a savoury mince with 'secret' veggies in, grated carrot and mushrooms for example, in a tomatoe sauce, hubby could have potatoes and you could have spaghetti, you could cook several days worth and keep in fridge. 😊 This makes good shepherds pie took 😊

Rice freezes very well, stir fry veggies are quick, good with fish and hubby could have potatoes or even oven Chips.

Does hubby like soup? It's not easy when you like different meals, and sometimes making two different things is the only solution or you never get to eat things you like! 😊 Good luck
