A lovely tea

My husband has just made me a lovely scrummy tea . It was from the joe wicks lean in 15 mins cook book . Cheesy chorizo chicken and spinach

1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, add chorizo and fry add onion, then add chicken cut in small pieces salt and pepper throw in cherry toms add spinach . Cut some small bits of mozzarella until melted. Add a few pine nuts serve

It was such a lovely and filling tea I thought I would share with everyone
