I wish you the best of luck with your weight loss goal. I'm new here too, I want to lose around six stone, which I think might be 38kg? I'm going to take it one step at a time though, every half stone to every stone.
Hi Sazkia, thank you for your support, I wish you the best in your weight loss journey. I believe we can do it! I am 171 cm tall and weight 84kg as of today, my GP said I need to lose 20-24kg to have healthy BMI. My biggest problem is alcohol, I drink more than I should, I'm hoping to stay away from it during this 12 week plan and hopefully for good Thanks again for welcoming me and good luck

Hi Agandira. Welcome and best of luck with the 12 week plan. Stick with it and I am sure you will see results very quickly. I have managed to lose nearly 12kg and am currently trying to maintain that weight. The support and motivation on this forum kept me going throughout the journey. Hope it helps you too
