I have started the 12 week challenge from sunday 10 july. Wow!! Now in week2. I tried to still below 1200cals per day. Also doing 40mins exercise when am not working. On my working day I do over 1400 step per day. I work 4-5 days a week. Any suggestions?

Just a thought, but 1200 doesn't sound like very many calories, how did you arrive at the figure? Did you know you can work out you BMR which will give you a suggested calorie range? I prefer to eat a little bit more so I don't feel deprived π
I think that is current government recommendations but if you are unused to exercise that is quite a lot . . . More important in my opinion to be moving more often and gradually build up number of steps π
