I am 12st 3lb today but sticking with it. I have new menu and exercise plans so hopefully for next week. Too much sitting this week at work so will get off the tube earlier and walk walk walk!!!!!! Hope everyone had a good week and good luck for next week

Maintaining is better than gaining! If you are sticking to the lower end of your calorie allowance and walking you will lose weight, sometimes takes a while to kick in. Good luck for this week!

Sounds like you have got it under control. I'm the same weight as you and I started this week righting every thing down that goes in my mouth plus I'm walking to work when I'm shifts are right. Good luck to you.
