Just done my 30 minute walk for today and feel great. according to myfitnesspal i burnt 130 calories which i can now add on to my food count. also according to MFP i can have a net calorie total of 1200 for my present weight which makes it easier for me as i have been going by the bmi calculator which puts my calories at 1582-2033. i was struggling to fit those in so will now follow MFP instead.

I never eat the calories I earn through excercise but do go on the BMI calculator calorie allowance which I believe is higher than MFP. At the end of the day, it's whatever works for you, we are all different, so good luck!
