Today is the beginning of week 9 and I'm down 8lbs with a 2lbs weightloss this week!
I changed my diet and it is mainly plant based and I'm taking a break from meat, processed foods and animal products for a month.
I will go back to eating some of these but I want to clean my taste buds a little bit and reduce some cravings I have. So far this week has been good and I'm definitely building my self-control. I had 3 good workouts last week, but this week I am aiming for a 5 day workout week.
Here's to a fab week of not giving up and taking it one day at a time!
