Had a pants day yesterday, just completed my food diary honestly and had eaten over 3000 calories, half of it on rubbish. The good thing to come out of this? It was the first time I have been honest about what I had eaten on a bad day so thinking positively it's a good step forwards.

I had a bad day yesterday also - the joys of alcohol and meals out (though it was fun ☺). I think for me the positive is, like you, I havent pretended it didnt happen, Ive tried to log the calories fairly honestly, and now, rather than giving up for another day/week/month, Im getting back on track today. Don't worry, you can get back on track! Have a good day ☺

Hi Janecad,

I think weekends are often more challenging than other days of the week, if you're off on the weekend - so many more social things tend to go on, and it's tempting - and before you know it the calories can mount up.

I think it's great that you're keeping things in perspective, and moving on from it. Hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Lowcal :-)
