Back from Portugal

Hi all I'm back ! I've rather over cooked myself but had a fantastic time. Went for the dreaded weigh in, expecting to have gained, but trumpet call, I've lost another 4lbs!! I was good out there, there was a gym and sauna, I used both daily plus swimming in the pool and daily brisk walks on the beach, ps I wore my bikini every day!

Thank you all for your lovely comments, yes I did an hour in gym before breakfast, made sure I had the fruit salad and toast, then I'd swim as many lengths as I could before lunch! It was amazing having all that at my disposal, oh then a sauna to finish before dinner!! How the other half live, oh well back to reality and work on Monday!! Thanks again all of you 😘😃😎

Wow .... well done on loosing weight while on hols!! You look fabulous...wish I was there 😀 very overdue a hols 8yrs since honeymoon, then 2 children later and still no foreign hols. Very jealous ⛱
