Welcome back from your holidays in the USA. I hope you had a wonderful time. It's easy to put on weight during a holiday - and now you're back, and you can use your new Fitbit Flex 2, and you can go swimming with it, well you're all set for some great exercise and you sound determined, and I feel sure you'll soon get those pounds off again - no problem! And more!!!
Enjoy that cycle ride you're planning for tomorrow - and I hope the sun shines for you!
Hi I'm just away and I forgot to to bring my jawbone tracker.i have been walking daily for miles in the heat.good luck now you are back ,I'm sure you will soon lose the 7lb.
So glad you enjoyed our states. You must have gone viewing, or visiting family. Our national parks are amazing loaded with adventure and plenty of activities to burn calories. Hiking, biking, canoeing endless options. Glad your holiday was festive always welcome to return.
I enjoyed it too much lol I went to Miami then a cruise to the Bahamas thenCalifornia. A lot in a week but I loved every second! It really is my most favourite place in the world. Thanks xxx
Must have been the cruise that packed the pounds. I could not stay away from the food open 24/7 for the eating and looking so good. Had to play games with myself since I cook how do the recycle some of their meals. Shrimp became Shrimp dip or roll. Funny things like that to change my eating patterns. Glad you had a famous time.
