I've just got back from a two week break and decided to keep with my Tuesday weigh in
And was very happy with the result.....1/4 Lbs on, not to sad with that, I had what I wanted but STOPPED when 80% full...I listened to myself,we walked every day & didn't over do the food....now considering we were in the USA !!! It was quite a challenge as they seem to pile it on, so we shared starters and I went to healthy options ( did have burgar and chips)
So it's back to lovely tastes English food π

I'm not going to weigh until next week. Just got back from a week of Glastonbury where I was probably having twice the cals per day I'm meant to (in cider, fried egg sandwich breakfasts and second dinners at midnight), but prob equally burned them with all the dancing and walking. But me and the scales aren't best mates at the moment so going to give myself til Monday to get back into good habits and to face those uncompromising scales. I'm impressed you essentially stayed the same, esp in the US! My uncomfortably tight jeans say I didn't...
