Hello there, I hope you are doing ok?
I thought I would be so good this week. My husband was away for a week, team visit and at a convention in Orlando. I had visions of me being so healthy and wise, so healthy infact that I'd look different on his return. However I felt my evenings were too quiet, and lonely, so I picked at bits - watched TV - picked again and went to bed far too late. I had every intension of being a 'star' but that bright light kind of dwindled. I have no idea how I did it, but I still managed to lose 1lb. Maybe it was playing with the grandchildren, or the walks in the park ... it certainly wasn't from sitting in a dark room in front of the TV
New week, and hubby is back ... then I face another battle. We are away on holiday for a week soon. Oh well, my challenge will be waiting for me, and so will all those swims in the pool?!
