Another one bites the dust

1lb further down which is a miracle concidering I've had.

Managed to maintain the exercise today with a 3 mike run/walk through the woods (which I don't remember being so hilly! ).  Spent the rat of the day doing diy - built a table and 4 x chairs and replaced the extractor fan over the cooker.

Just had slimming world curry from one of their recipes which turned out really well so settle down now and avoid alcohol and snacks!

Well done, it's nice when you lose, makes it all seem worth while, fighting the nibble monster today, bi polar again, oh well.   After work a restful time, hoping things settle tomm when I'm off?
