After all the great support I was given last week when I was having a bit of a low moment I have achieved 2 things this week. I wore my size 10 tailored trousers and I lost 2 lb.

I have just under 3lb to reach 3 stone and am going to try really hard to lose this during next 2 weeks before I go on holiday.

Without all the support and good advice I am sure I would not have made it this far.

What an achievement - well done you. Glad this forum helped you but ultimately you did this all by yourself so you should be very proud. Sure you will lose those last few pounds before you go on holiday. Have a fab time - you deserve it
