Just got home from a lovely 4 mile walk in the sunshine. Needed some shopping from tesco so decided to leave the car at home. If onlt i didn't have to work full time. I will enjoy the few days off and make the most of the time to put in a bit more excersise. Off out this evening so probably another mile to add on later
