You can print it out to fill in, or you can use an app like Myfitnesspal or Nutracheck (which I use, but costs a bit more) to keep track of the calories that you eat.  Try and eat at least 1400 calories a day, ideally of a balanced mix of fruit, veg, protein and small amounts of carbs (potatoes, pasta, rice, bread etc).  The 12 week plan will help you to plan your meals if you are new to this.  Remember to count all your drinks too, and fill up on plenty of water, tea, herbal teas, coffee, which help to keep you from feeling hungry!  Exercise will burn up calories, so help you to lose those lbs.

Buy Hartleys sugar-free jellies for a non-fattening sweet treat.  Also, bake a banana (having split it down the middle) in the microwave for a minute or two - serve with small scoop of ice-cream for a low-calorie dessert.  Google low-sugar and low-fat recipes for inspiration, and allow 200 or 300 cals each day for a treat so you don't feel deprived!

Well done for getting started - just one day at a time and you will get there!
