My efforts have paid off this week and I weigh 3lbs less than I did this time last week. I've stayed away from bread, took salads to work for lunch and made sure I had low cal soup waiting for me when I got home. I had soup when I was making dinner, just keeps me satisfied! I'm really quite excited that I now have the drive to carry on x
