Having had a week of birthday celebrations (not mine) and dinners out I am not going to weigh in today. I have been a little disheartened lately so feel the need of a break from beating myself up every time the scales go up. As Easter approaches it is inevitable I won't be able to stick to my plan as much as I would like but will try and make healthy choices and get out and walk as much as I can. A friend has also suggested a few work outs from body rock tv! Eek, will have a go. I plan to come back when the school term starts again so hope to catch up with you all then. I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺ Happy Easter 🐥 x

Great that you've still checked in for a weekly update on your progress, and I can understand your decision not to put yourself through the scales, if you don't feel they will motivate you - I think those kind of decisions are really sensible sometimes - doing what motivates you best as an individual can be a great plan.
I hope you're enjoying the Birthday celebrations of your friends, and it sounds like you have some good ideas to help you through this challenging time leading up to Easter.
