Ditto, there were so many runs and bike journeys that might not have happened if not for this challenge. I'll miss it! 
I completely agree - it has been such an inspiring and motivating Challenge, and thank you so much for your dedication and brilliant daily visuals - as well as working out our stats and giving us such a laugh along the way. It's been brilliant!

Well said Flossie. I definitely would not have made such an effort on the exercise front without the challenge. I'm finishing my 8 weeks and pretty sure I've lost nearly a stone, mostly through the extra exercise along with the lower calorie intake.
Desperate for the next challenge in case I dry up!

Many thanks to you both xxxxx, I don't add big numbers but there have been many evenings I've got in tired, late from work, and my son has offered to walk the dog, but I've dredged up the energy to do it myself or go with him and felt better once I'm out moving! ☀️

Totally agree with all that's been said. It's been that bit of motivation to walk that extra mile, take the stairs, catch the bus from a bit further up. Little things that add up. And thank you both for taking so much time to like and comment on so many posts. It was a big commitment and you excelled at it.

Wow - I'm totally confused having read a post about you closing down - oh well..... I'll ignore it! You've both done a brilliant job - I too run a helpdesk for an online product and I know from experiences, it's a tough job! And I get paid for it!!!
