Hope your injured foot gets better soon, so you can feel better in yourself. Sounds like you've been having time to contemplate and hope that's been helpful.
You've only gained 2 pound in 25 days, and hopefully you'll feel better soon and can have better success with the 'execution' part - like you say, you know what to do and how to do it, but having the motivation to execute that knowledge can often be due to how you're feeling, so hope your leg injury improves so you can feel better and wishing you a great week ahead.
You know you can do it, cos you've done it before. The injury is just holding you back. Once that's healed you can really go for it, and spring will just be round the corner to motivate us even more. While you have the restricted mobility, how about researching some new foods and recipes you've never tried before? A few new ingredients might give you a boost and help you enjoy eating again and get back on track. I used to cut the fresh herbs out of my diet in winter as I was too mean to pay shop prices for tiny amounts. It was a revelation when I put them all back into the recipes I'd been cutting them out of. Over to you...
