Hi I would like to join the weigh in, however forgot to weigh myself this morning. I think I'm about 12 st 9 and need to get down to 11 st.

Am I in the right place for the weigh in?

If you have any difficulty accessing it, then I'll copy and paste your results into there if you like, but give it a go first, as I'm sure you'd prefer to include them there yourself and enjoy being part of the thread.
