Well, I've had a great first day.I have made some changes.I have bought myself a smaller plate so my portions will hopefully be smaller. I've dusted off my pedometer and have been wearing it.I did 5000 steps today,which i am pleased with.Even though it was dark and wet tonight i put on my trainers and grabbed my umbrella and went for a walk.I want to build up to 10 000 steps a couple of days a week,anymore than that is unrealistic,i don't want to set myself up to fail.Any exercise is good,but will try and do as much as i can most days.I have eaten mindfully today,i did feel hungry but i have been constantly eating for the last few weeks,so i was bound to feel hungry today.
Onwards and upwards,my fellow slimmers!!

We'll done for such a positive start. I have to admire you going out in the rain to walk. I like the idea of mindful eating! I am guilty of mindless eating and just eating without any thought, but today I have been trying to think about what I have eaten more. Keep up the good work.
Hi, you sound so focused, i love it! ( hoping it will rub off😉) well done for starting so strongly. Unfortunately I'm not having a good day ( bad time of the month😁) but I'm reminding myself that this won't last and I WILL feel better very soon.
Sorry for dumping this on you but what I think I wanted to say is- you will have lots of good days, you probably will have some bad but this isn't a race, keep going, We will all get there in the end 😀👍
