Oh dear !!!!

Hi all,

Hope you've all had a lovely time wether you celebrate Xmas or not.😃

Tried to post yesterday but was not able to so better late than never 😃

It's been a difficult few days I've not got weighed ( too scared !!) but do feel really lumpy, sluggish and 'heavy'. My cousin from NZ is saying with us and I have been naively unprepared for the food fallout of having relatives to stay, that might sound a bit lame but all we seem to do is eat.If we are not visiting others, they are at ours and food shopping !!!! It's like we are laying siege for weeks !!! It was a scary sight seeng her rampage round m@s food hall I tell you and I don't scare easily !!!

So I was on plan z but ........... have fallen of the wagon big time 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

Today is yet another lunch and tonight a drinks party at the neighbours it's all lovely but I'm struggling !!

On the bright side if you know of any vacancies for an 'umpalumpa' I'm just the girl Lol

Hi Flossie,

Try not to stress too much - I think you're in the same boat as me with the biscuits. I guess a lot of it goes back to not wanting to waste food.

I must confess that my lunch today has been biscuits - thought it was a good way to get rid of them

I think we have to accept the healthy eating thing goes out the window at xmas but we have a whole year to get rid.

And if all else fails we can paint ourselves blue
