Hi Kaylahiggings, seven stone seems to be very light, and not knowing your BMI, it's difficult to help. Perhaps the best first stop, is to go to the NHS BMI calculator and enter your details, this would give you a starting BMI. If your BMI is firmly in the healthy range, it's not advisable to go on a diet.
If you wish to have a more toned body, then perhaps you should be looking at sport and exercise to give you the physique you seem to want
Good luck
Same as Tewson here. Hi and welcome: have you calculated your BMI?
Agree with the others, check your Bmi. If you are 5ft 2, 7 stone would be at the very bottom of your healthy Bmi range. If your taller than that 7 stone would be underweight. 2 stone in 2 months is quite a fast rate, especially for someone who isn't that far over their healthy ideal weight, if you do actually need to lose this much it would be more achievable to do it over a longer timescale - if you want the piercing done at the beginning of June that gives you five months. You've already tried a very strict diet which only worked temporarily as its not sustainable longer term so better to make healthy changes and let the weight come off more steadily. ☀️
I don't understand why you can't have your belly button pierced when you weigh 9 stone. What is stopping you doing it now?
