Hi is there anyone on here that does juice plus?

I'm not quite sure what Juice Plus is. According to their own advertising, it's not a vitamin supplement. So what is it supposed to do?

I do. I've been taking juice plus for at least three years now and I've found some improvements in my health because of it.

It's a product that made sense to me because it's just fruits and vegetables dehydrated at safe temperatures in a capsule instead of just some supplement you're just going to pee out anyway. There is a lot of research behind it and I like the fact that it never advertises to be a replacement to real fruits and vegetables. The purpose of Juice Plus is to help fill the gap of what you eat, and what you need to eat.
