Wishing you lots of luck for next Monday (and on all the days before that!).

I am looking forward to being 10st 11. So firstly congrats for getting in charge of your weight long before I have done!

Most of the Monday weigh-in people find the thread called..."Please join us for a Monday Group Weigh in (the relevant date ...)". It always gets going by around 7am each Monday morning and by 8am ish will be marked "Popular" on your newsfeed. Some kind souls are the official cheer leaders and will make sure you get a positive acknowledgement of your good deeds for the week - many of the rest of us just pile in randomly as life allows!

But if you just jump in with a thread of your own like you have today, lots of people will still chat to you and cheer you on!
