got to do something
Hi slimsue and welcome to the forum. This is a fantastic place for advice, motivation and inspiration.
I still have about 9.5 stone to lose having already lost over 4 stone, so you are in good company.
For me cutting out snacking in the evenings and reducing portion size has made a huge difference. I've tried not to ban any foods, just limit certain things such as cheese. I am trying to see this as a lifestyle change and it does seem to be working.
I also walk as much as I can - about 10 miles a week which is about all I can fit in.
Good luck and keep in touch with us here

Loads of tips, recipes, support and advice on this fabby forum hun. Always someone to give a helping hand. There is also a 'near you' bit of members close to where you live if joining up for walks, etc... is a path you and likeminded others would like to try. Just ask the question and anyone interested and local to you should/may give it a go. For me, just reading/responding/writing posts is enough to keep me positive and supported. Have a great week chick 😊
