Good morning! After years of avoiding the scales I hopped on yesterday and discovered that I need to lose 15kg to reach 60kg which is in the middle of my healthy range. Probably haven't been that weight since my mid thirties !
So, calorie counting, increasing activity and taking a very positive approach.

I think it's important o set small goals when we start out, celebrate each kilo or pound, personally for me changing stones, and dress sizes took me a while mentally to get used to.
Accept that will probably have very tough days, it's a long haul, and some take longer to fight their food demons than others
