Making a change

Good morning! After years of avoiding the scales I hopped on yesterday and discovered that I need to lose 15kg to reach 60kg which is in the middle of my healthy range. Probably haven't been that weight since my mid thirties !

So, calorie counting, increasing activity and taking a very positive approach.

Good luck everyone!

Hello, welcome, just read your post and wanting to wish you luck.

I think it's important o set small goals when we start out, celebrate each kilo or pound, personally for me changing stones, and dress sizes took me a while mentally to get used to.

Accept that will probably have very tough days, it's a long haul, and some take longer to fight their food demons than others
